Classes

We may find it necessary to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met.  We do require a minimum of 3 participants for most classes.  If there are not at least 3 participants, we will contact you and let you know that the class has been cancelled as soon as possible.  At that time, you will be given the choice of picking another class, store credit, or a refund.

Cotton Club Block of the Month
by Bonnie Blue Quilts

Join Lisa in the creation of Fourty-Five 5" Blocks. 
Cotton Club was created around an antique border print from the mid 1800's, Paula Barnes' collection mixes antique coordinates in rich tones of madder and Turkey red, both commonly used in the 1800s. These are beautifully paired with Bonnie Blue's signature brown, to create 45 different blocks in their stunning BOM quilt.  Finished quit is 78" X 85".

Sylvia’s Bridal Sampler

We’ve broken the 140 block sampler down to 4 blocks a month for 3 years. $2.50/month includes a fat quarter, fabric cutting guide and paper piece foundations. New blocks are available the first Wednesday of each month. We started in February 2010 but you can jump in any time; we have fabric and pattern packs ready to go for anyone who would like to catch up!

Beginning Machine Appliqué

Jen is ready to walk you through the basics of Fusible Machine Appliqué. Bring your sewing machine manual so we can hone in your settings. Class includes practice pieces that will be used to learn satin stitch and blanket stitch. You’ll then be able to take your skills and apply them to those appliqué projects that have been calling your name!
