Registration
How to Register:
Step 1
Pick-up a registration form packet.
Step 2
Send in your registration form and payment. The form must be filled out and returned with your payment by check, postmarked by the due date. You are not confirmed until your registration form and payment have been received. Submission of a registration form indicating your acceptance of the Patched Works, Inc. cancellation policy.
Step 3
Upon receipt of your payment, you will be sent a final confirmation from us.
Once you receive your final confirmation, start planning for a fabulous weekend!
Dietary Needs
We can accommodate meals that must be vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free, and non-dairy. We cannot make provision for South Beach, Adkins, or other similar diets.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We understand you may find it necessary to cancel. If you require cancellation for any circumstance, you must submit your request in writing as soon as possible.
Written cancellations received before October 1, 2011 will be refunded 100% less a $25 registration fee.
Written cancellations received October 1, 2011 - December 31, 2011 will be refunded 50% less a $25 registration fee.
Written cancellations received after January 1, 2012 - We are unable to provide a refund for any circumstance.
Patched Works, Inc. makes no guarantees, either real or implied, that we can fill any cancelled spot after October 1, 2011. We encourage you take an active role in filling your cancellation to allow you full repayment of your registration fees.
If you must cancel and YOU find a replacement, please notify us immediately of the replacement’s name, address, phone number, and email address. It is your responsibility to collect payment from your replacement as NO REFUND will be made from Patched Works, Inc.
